Executive Placements
Client retains dedicated support from DAM in order to fill executive level openings. DAM will be held accountable to certain performance markers during the term of the retained search and Client is responsible for paying a monthly retainer. This is most commonly used for C- and VP-level searches.Onsite Retained Searches
One of DAM's veteran recruiters will be assigned to work onsite at the client studio for a predetermined number of days per week in which 100% of their efforts will be spent directly and exclusively on recruiting for the client’s openings. DAM’s recruiter is furnished with a client phone line, voicemail and email address and the client is furnished with an industry experienced recruiter with an existing network of relevant talent that will be able to hit the ground running from day 1. The monthly retainer varies depending on the scope and length of work.Offsite Retained Searches
The Offsite Retained Search works similarly to the Onsite Retained Search except the DAM recruiter won’t be required to work onsite at the client location. While the onsite service is most effective because of the hands-on day-to-day interaction with the client, the offsite solution provides clients with a less costly alternative to gain dedicated support.
